Today TaxMama hears from Douglas in Massachusetts who wants to know. “If a person has no income and does not collect Social Security, can they still file for the Stimulus Rebate?”

Whoever’s dependent they are may be able to get 0 for claiming that person on their tax return.

Perhaps….if they qualify as a dependent.
