- Electing Large Partnerships – Issue K-1s to partners – even if you’re on extension
- S corp returns are due
- Issue S Corp K-1s
- File S corp election if you want
your LLC or corporation to be an S corp for 2019
- Or revoke your S corp election if you don’t
- Partnership returns are due
In case you’re wondering, we still don’t have
that Extender Bill – so consider putting your tax returns on extension if any
of the expired provisions affect you.
