Thanks! But you also recommended opening a PO box and I cannot remember the reason for that?

Dear Lori,

Good question. Why should you have a PO Box or mail service address for your business?

Because you’re working at home. That’s a very vulnerable place to be.

Whether you’re a man or woman; living alone or with family – it’s not the best idea to give out your home address to the world in general.

Using a PO Box shields you. And it’s inexpensive.

Of course, if you need a street address so your business doesn’t look like a fly-by-night organization, use a mail box service – like Mail Boxes Etc, etc….That gives you a street address – and people who can actually accept and hold packages and deliveries for you that the USPS won’t hold.

Good luck on your business.
