Tax Credits Unclaimed By 600,000

More than 600,000 families, most with low incomes, missed out on $238 million in tax refunds in 2001 because they did not claim child tax credits that were expanded by last year's tax cut, according to a Treasury Department report due out today. Click here for the full Washington Post article.
