Dear Family,

Mother's Day in Southern California dawns bright, beautiful and already hot. It's going to be a scorcher. I hope it's beautiful for you too.

You might want to pick up a mister to cool down your yard or your party. After much searching online, I found two that might work - a hammock mister

A copper plant mister - just put it about 7 feet high to cool off your party and your guests.

Google is going IPO. That's all over the financial news. (See more in this issue, or just avoid the next section.)
