Visiting the IRS site will give you information about how to get your
tax return prepared for free - and provides links
to all the companies participating.
Be sure to read the descriptions next to each company. They each providing
free services only to certain groups of people. They may be based on income,
age, location, or types of forms needed.
So, before you start entering your data, please make certain you're eligible
for that company's free service.
