Sometimes you just need to reach law enforcement, fire departments and ambulances. 911 isn't the universal number in all states. Nor is #77 for mobile calls in all states.

Since you spend so much time in traffic, or on the road, it's important to know how to get both emergency help and to simply make a quick report.
