» From: Fort Walton Beach, FL Dear TaxMama: I bought some stuff on credit card and after some days I lost my credit card. So I got new credit card and as a result my old credit card was cancelled. Now when I returned the stuff I bought on my credit card (old one) the vendor posted the credit back to my card. But since that card was cancelled I never got it. Now what I should do.????? Sunny ![]() Call up the credit card company how issued and replaced the card. Be patient. They'll work it out. But it may take a couple of attempts. Do be persistent. Ask them to transfer the credit from the old credit card number to the new one - or ask them to issue a refund. They will. Really. Best wishes, Eva Rosenberg Your TaxMama |
